Holy Clips is an automated content distribution pipeline. It accesses publicly available video content from third-party platforms including YouTube, processes that content using AI transcription and video editing tools, and distributes short-form clips to social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
Holy Clips does not claim ownership of any third-party media. All video content remains the property of its respective creators and rights holders.
Holy Clips operates as a technology service only. We are not a media company, publisher, or content creator.

Third-Party Content
All video content processed by Holy Clips originates from third-party platforms and is owned by the respective content creators or rights holders. Holy Clips:
- Does not produce, commission, or editorially control any of the source content
- Does not claim ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over any processed media
- Does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content
- Is not liable for any claims arising from the content of third-party videos
- Accepts no responsibility for content that may be subject to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holy Clips and its operators expressly disclaim all liability for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service

- The availability or uptime of third-party platforms
- Content moderation or enforcement decisions made by third-party platforms
- Any data collected by third-party platforms as a result of content posted via Holy Clips
